We produce a tailor-made plan for you, whether it involves practical training in the areas of purchasing, marketing and risk management, or matters relating to communication and conflict management. The first step is for us to get to know your organization. We observe your teams at work, watch your work processes and how your staff interact with each other. We then hold workshops with staff and management to define what the training will include. You help us choose the trainers, so that the training can be carried out with maximum benefit. And we think ‘out of the box’. Interdisciplinary trainer teams provide fresh ideas and focus on all aspects of a topic. As a special service to multicultural teams, we offer training in both English and German. This is not just to overcome the language barrier: we consider intercultural differences and hence promote mutual understanding within the team.
However, our strengths do not lie just in planning but also in organization. We take care of the whole training programme down to the last detail. We look for the training location and make the booking for you, we brand the location with your corporate design, and we take care of your employees throughout the sessions. We are with them on site and ensure that everything runs smoothly. When the training is over, we still provide support to ensure that what has been learned is transferred to the workplace, through course documentation and follow-up training on your premises three months later
